Is Google Pixel 5 the latest Pixel device launched in the market?.... Yes! Is Pixel 5 Google’s top-end phone of 2020... Probably no!

Confused right! So let us explain to you why.

The Google Pixel 5 is very different from its predecessor, featuring solid specs but far from cutting edge. Google Pixel 5 price in Dubai is AED 2386 which low compared to other flagship Pixel devices.

The Google Pixel 5 may not be the high-end Pixel we were expecting, but somehow Google has beefed things up in this Pixel device, but not in others.

The first on hand experience you get while holding Pixel 5 is how small and light it is. Though it has an aluminum body it is covered with a coating that removes the feeling of cold metal against your hands and adds grip, which some of you will surely appreciate.

Pixel 5 comes with 5.8 inches display size while it is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and it features an Always-on display, HDR10+, and 90Hz refresh rate.

And let’s not forget about the camera setup, the Pixel 5 photos are damn awesome! Even though Pixel 5’s camera hardware is aging and the phone regularly loses battles against iPhones and Galaxies, there is something about the colors that makes the photos lively and a joy to look at.

Despite the small size, the battery life of the Pixel 5 is great like its 4,080mAh battery can keep the Pixel alive for nearly two days!

We agree that most modern flagships offer more performance than what users need or will actually make real use of… that’s the reason why we excluded Pixel 5 from the list. The phone isn’t going to win any awards for sheer horsepower, but the phone still brings quite a few features to the table anyway which will come in handy.

The Pixel 5 has few drawbacks though, you should be aware of!

Where all top flagship phones are equipped with Snapdragon 855, Pixel 5 comes with the Snapdragon 765G. Frankly speaking, the gap is pretty small between both the processor when it comes to single-core performance. But when it comes to multi-core results Snapdragon 855 is way ahead.

You also don’t get a telephoto lens, which makes the camera setup a bit less versatile than we’d like. But overall we would say the Pixel 5 does what Pixel phones do best, it offers a simple but great experience along with a fantastic software.
